Disavow? NEVER!
Disavow reminds me of a trick my old supervisor would try to use. He would first make an accusation against you. Then try to get you to figure out how to word your own writeup for him. It didn't even matter that you did not do anything wrong. He just hoped to catch people with this trick.
A great example would be someone called in a complaint on you at an unverified address. What could you have done different to prevent this?

Re DR and UR, these are vendor-derived metrics that only look at links (they say…tho we don’t really know the formulas). Anyway, it’s just a link measure, not looking at on-page. So why is it important to focus on those metrics?
What does SEMrush not do that AHrefs does?
